Shift Cycle to Nights

This requires long cycle of night shifts
  • Ideally 2 - 3 weeks
  • Semi-permanent
Advantages: never awake more than 24 hours
  • Lowest biologic stress
  • Allows long intervals between nights
Disadvantages:
  • Socially disruptive
  • Requires long term schedule
  • Requires long periods of day sleep
  • Tends to build stress
