Surviving Day Sleep

First few days are catch up sleep
  • Driven by exhaustion
  • Less efficient
  • Easier to initiate
Subsequent days are “normal” cycle sleep - Day into Night:
  • Dark - foil or cardboard on windows
  • Cool
  • Quiet - sound proof windows
  • Phone off (message machine with no ring)
  • Sign on door (but all delivery people seem to be illiterate)
Root sleep period same time, every day - stay on cycle!
