First few days are catch up sleep
- Driven by exhaustion
- Less efficient
- Easier to initiate
Subsequent days are normal cycle sleep - Day into Night:
- Dark - foil or cardboard on windows
- Cool
- Quiet - sound proof windows
- Phone off (message machine with no ring)
- Sign on door (but all delivery people seem to be illiterate)
Root sleep period same time, every day - stay on cycle! |
