you will have your MI?), disrupts next day's sleep, requires you
to hurt every week
- Do short runs of nights: 2 to 4 days
- Advantages: little cycle shift, maximum of 24 hours without
sleep,
less frequent than single night system
- Disadvantages: some cycle shift socially disruptive
