Protect Yourself and Our Patients: Be Immune

  • Measles, mumps, rubella - two vaccinations or serology required
  • Tetanus, diphtheria-keep up-to-date
  • Hepatitis B - confirm positive titer after vaccination
  • Varicella-proof of immunity requires physician documented diagnosis or titer or two documented doses of vaccine
  • Yearly influenza vaccination - for patient safety
  • Future vaccines for HCWs –
    • Pertussis for adults will be added to dT by 2006
