“Judging” Effectiveness

  • There are general guidelines to anticipate outcomes
  • Weaker – Intermediate – Stronger
  • They are relative
    • The only choice might be “weaker”
    • However, if no remedy is in place, it is still effective
    • But, “weaker” choices should be last resort
